Travel check list :D

Salam dan hai gaiz, OKAY let's just go straight to the point... here's a list of things that I usually do while preparing for a 'hopefully' safe and pleasant journey abroad. Aku buat senarai ni sebagai quick reference untuk diri aku sendiri juga supaya bila aku nak travel ke mana-mana lagi nanti (especially abroad), aku boleh belek sini saja untuk kemudahan diri sendiri yang kadang-kadangnya boleh terlepas pandang a few crucial things... *lap peluh di dahi*...

Sebelum memulakan perjalanan, pastikan:

1. Status anda 'tiada halangan' untuk ke luar negara. Periksa status semasa anda di SSPI

2. Sediakan dokumen perjalanan yang lengkap mengikut syarat yang ditetapkan oleh negara berkaitan.

3. Before booking flight (plus travel insurance), check for available promos to get the best deal offered by that airline.

4. Book accommodation via Agoda or Trivago.

5. Prepare itinerary (study the place, weather forecast, current occurring issues... buat jangan tak buat).

6. Top-up Telco credit (enough for roaming, pilih roaming plan yang bersesuaian).

7. Estimate travel budget (and TRY to stick to it... LeL).

8. Go to a 'Money Changer' to buy some foreign cash according to budget. Avoid changing money at the airport.

Barang-barang kelengkapan, what to pack:

~Sling bag/hand luggage should contain:~

Wallet 

Smartphone + charger
Universal plug adapter

Passport (with at least 6 months' validity)

Travel documents (tickets, boarding pass, visa... etc)

Pen + small notepad 
Small umbrella

Tissues (wet and dry)

Chocolate bars and candies

Novomin (travel sickness relief pills)

Lipice

Small towel 

Socks

Sweater

Prayer attire (kain telekung)

Empty water bottle (toilet luar negara selalunya takde air dalam tandas, maka kena isi botol air kosong ni dengan air di sinki luar tandas terlebih dahulu sebelum nak masuk ke tandas).

~Luggage (to check-in) should contain:~

Clothes

Towel

Dry food items (in a separate casing)

Meds (over-the-counter meds: panadol, setamol... etc)

Bag for dirty laundry

Toiletries + necessities

Sunscreen 

Perfume

More tissues

Pins (pin tudung)

Travel Attire? Apa nak dipakai?

My personal choice, plastic belt is a must kalau nak terbang. Dengan memakai tali pinggang plastik, airport security tak akan minta aku untuk buka tali pinggang dan letak di dalam bakul bergerak yang ada kat sebelah tu untuk diperiksa. No steel belt buckle, no problem should occur. I wear comfortable jeans + plastic belt, shirt with long sleeve inner (or cardigan), a comfy long shawl (or Bawal scarf)  and comfy shoes. Kasut travel yang selesa itu penting. Sangat, sangat penting! :'3

Alright, that's about it for me. Aku ni jenis orang yang akan bawa benda-benda yang penting saja. Mana-mana item yang kurang kepentingan tu, seboleh-bolehnya aku tak nak angkut sekali. Ohh... alangkah indahnya dunia kalau boleh travel ke mana-mana saja secara berlenggang ala-ala runway model~ :'3
